The Florida Environmental Education Center or "Zoo School" offers exciting educational experiences year round. Whether an individual, family, school, or organization The Zoo School is dedicated to offering only the best services.

Zoo School programs are designed to be fun, innovative, imaginative and investigative for all ages.


Facilities

Opened in 2000, The Florida Environmental Education Center facility offers:

15,000 square-feet of hands-on learning areas;

11 classrooms equipped with computers, TVs and VCRs to support innovative learning;

The Frank E. Duckwall Foundation Exhibit Hall for conservation education programs and meetings; and

A special, dedicated entrance off North Boulevard that enables school buses and children a safe entry without crossing traffic.

Zoo School offers exciting programs for everyone, from tots to teens, adults, families, teachers and more.
