Zoo School programs are designed to be fun, innovative, imaginative and investigative for all ages. Facilities Opened in 2000, The Florida Environmental Education Center facility offers: 15,000 square-feet of hands-on learning areas; 11 classrooms equipped with computers, TVs and VCRs to support innovative learning; The Frank E. Duckwall Foundation Exhibit Hall for conservation education programs and meetings; and A special, dedicated entrance off North Boulevard that enables school buses and children a safe entry without crossing traffic.
